    photo shooting with my first silicone tail

    here are some pictures from a photoshooting made a week ago...
    it's was really cold as we had a stormy weather during all the night before the shooting...
    i don't have a lot yet... more to come in the next days...

    Is that a wig? Because in all your photos your hair aren't so long. If it is you should definitely grow your hair because you look fantastic with long hair,a real Triton in my opinion!

    And no i'm not Poséidon... Only one of his son... Lol
    So yes i made all by myself, tail, armor, belt...
    And yes it's a wig... I have short hair... But to me à merman or mermaid character can not go to hairdresser... Lol... So that why i thought it was better to find a good wig... With hair hand glued one by one on the front... still need to improve the cut and know if it could be possible to fix the hair definitly... That way i won't have to redo it every time i want to use the wig... if you have advice...

    I think you already said what you made the armor out of in another thread but didn't you say it is made of silicone? I really haven't seen much if any mer armor so this is really awesome to see! Your photos are so magical I really love the first one and the third one.

    So the tail is silicone, and the armor is made of latex parts glued on a textured fabric and in other pictures that will come soon i wear resin shoulder armors...

    I have some advices but if you're planning on swimming with the wig they would be effortless.... Anyway I know that my cosplayers friends use the ordinary hair product you can find at your local market to make wigs stay in place everytime they use them but water washes them away.



    You should find something water resistant or try to use some pins for hair (bobpins I think they're called).

    For gluing the front part of the wig to your skin you can use a glue for skin that is waterproof, there are many on the online market
