My friend can't access her account
So my friend Mermaid Silverlily has been inactive for a long time on here, after some disappointing news. Regardless she wants to come back to the forum now but can't remember her password, however when she tried to request a password reset it says an email has been sent but she hasn't received it yet. I made sure she was sure it was the correct email address (which it still may not be but I don't think I can view that information) she's checked her junk folder and refreshed the email page many times. I've even tried sending a request on her behalf (by logging out and requesting it on my computer and sending a request from there) but she still hasn't got the email.
If an admin could help me/ her out I'd be greatly appreciated

Sure, I can reset the password. Can she send me an email from the email address she thinks is associated with the account? That will remind me to do this when I get home from work, and confirm it's her account. She can send it to my email at malinghi@gmail.com, or to the MerNetwork email account at mernetwork@gmail.com. either is fine.
