ABOUT TAILMAKER REVIEWS:
This integrated review system makes writing reviews simpler and easier than ever. Unlike the previous method, in which reviews were posted as threads in the forum, tailmakers receive a star rating showing an average of all the reviews. This method is also better because it does not allow people to post comments on a review, which in the past lead to arguments and drama. Different thoughts and opinions are still welcome, and can be shared in the regular forums, but reviewers can post here without being attacked when someone disagrees with their review.

WHEN WRITING A REVIEW:

1. Please do not post a review until after you have receive your tail.
If you wish to complain about delays or poor customer service, please discuss that in a forum thread.

2. Be respectful and objective.
If you have anything negative to say, please refrain from personal attacks on the tailmaker.

3. Share useful information.
Discuss the item's color, texture, weight, quality and shipping condition. You also may wish to describe the tailmaker's customer service and delivery time. If possible, describe how it worked in the water, and feel free to post pictures.

4. Be truthful to the best of your ability.
Deliberately false or misleading information in reviews will not be tolerated.
