The only mermaid I know of from Germany, is Mermaid Kat. Is that what you mean? Or like a fantasy type of mermaid?

Wouldn't ring of fire mermaids be from the area of Micronesia and etc.? Because that's the area we call ring of fire in Germany. At least that's the only bigger region with that name I know of :/ The most famous German mermaid would be Lorelei which was supposedly sitting on a specific rock in a bend of the Rhine.
