Exclamation White Spots Caused by Pool Sealant?

I'm thinking about getting my second tail soon and upgrading from spandex to neoprene. The problem is, the pool that is the most available for me to swim in has a bit of a caulking problem, it seems. I accidentally let my first tail touch the bottom a few times, and when I got out, the back of the fluke was covered in these tacky white spots! Obviously, I don't want this to happen to my new tail. I've learned a few things about avoiding letting the tail touch the bottom of the pool at all since then, but in case it happens, are there any ways to remove this stuff?

Unfortunately, that tail is in storage, so no photos (the stuff resembles sticky tack). It's a magictail.de tail though, if that helps.

Does it only happen to the tail?? Have you tried touching the bottom of the pool with your swimwear?

It happens to regular swimwear as well, yes. It also occasionally gets on skin, but of course then it comes off pretty quickly.
