What kind of zippers/velcro does everyone use?

Hi all! I'm finishing up my first neoprene tail for Mermania, but I'm not sure where I could find durable zippers, and/or velcro. I'll probably end up using both.

Anyone know where they got theirs from? How has it held up for you so far?

we put industrial velcro on our old sequin tail but you had to re-glue it with E6000 so it would be water proof glue. Zippers you want something that's actually made for being in the water so it wont rust

I use a 18 inch marine zipper, like the ones for boat seat cushions, but the size depends on how long your legs are and how long you want it on your tail(the longer it is the harder it is to zip your tail up yourself)

This is the company I bought from, it arrived super quickly too!

Maybe a elastic band around the tail cause my finfun tail has a elastic around the waist area? But I'm not sure about zippers or Velcro's but maybe that would work out better than elastic!
