Weater and dry latex problems -_-

So it's still winter and I wanted to try out my latex with the paint mixed in on one of my small scale modes and this stuff not drying....it has been like a full day and it's still not drying. I look on the container it says can take up to a week....ugh. I always feel the weather not helping with how cold the humid it is. Anyone know of ways to make the this set better and faster.

As long as latex is painted into mould in thin layers it should take a day to dry in winter (going by Australian winters here) . If you filled the whole mould then the outside facing the air will dry while the inside and underneath won't.
