    Neoprene leggings as base for hybrid?

    I want to make a silicone/neoprene and sequins tail but I was wondering, instead of buying neoprene which is expensive as hell, can't I just buy neoprene leggings in xxl and use that? anyone who has done this?

    What a brilliant idea! I could see that being easily converted into a sort of tail like shape too if you need to do so.
