It's easy enough for me to get to, although when I'm on the east coast I'm more in NY. The other NY mers might find it easy to get to Danbury too, since I believe there is a train there.
I know for me, Danbury is about two hours from where I live.

I'll look into indoor pool locations in CT. I know a nice beach for a summer gathering when the time comes. (Not in Danbury obviously lol)

I haven't had any luck yet and I'm starting to go a little stir crazy with this unseasonable weather lol. I just wanna swim. Is anyone familiar with walnut beach, silver sands state park? Maybe we can do a summer meet up there. It's calm, shallow, sandy water and there's a long pier that I've always wanted to take pictures under.

I haven't been there, but it looks so beautiful! That would be a great place to do it! And ugh I know what you mean! The weather is nuts and it's tough to not be able to swim.I'm about to fill the tub and chill in there with my tail because I miss it so much.

I don't know if anyone is up for this at all but the Bronx Zoo is free on Wednesdays and there's a zoo in Millbrook, maybe 40m or 50 from Danbury it's $5. That'd be a pretty fun activity to do and get to know all each other. Or I'm down for coffee, too. I'm 30m or so from Danbury, I'm only 30m or so from Seraphina Suds. Afternoon/night is best for me but I need to know ahead because I work at night haha
