Attaching Dorsals and Sewing Sequins!

I'm trying to attach a dorsal onto my magictail and sew a few sequins around it but I honestly have no idea how to do either of those! Any advice???

Glue the sequins on with e6000. Or you can sew them on if you have the patience.

I will be adding dorsal fins to mine too after I received my fabric order. I'll take step by step photos and show you later. If you still haven't found a solution by then.

Ok. Here it is. Just a rough idea of how to sew a dorsal fin to a pre-made tail. The same technique can be used to sew heel and other fins.
No cutting of tail is needed.

Hand sew this part as there is no other way to do it on a sewing machine without taking the tail apart.

I'm using shelf liner with e6000, would I have to cut open the back of the tail?
