That is how I learned to swim underwater. I watched this show when I was a kid and I still swim like that to this day. I find it hard to hold my arms in front of me like some swimmers do. Like the girls in H2O. I had such a crush on him when I was a kid. I wanted to swim like that so bad I practiced every chance I got. Watching him I learned now to not need a nose plug and to do the dolphin kick smoothly.

Maybe they sped up the film a little to make him look fast?

Even if they did, his form is still perfect. I'd kill to be able to swim like that.
