I'm wondering what pigments everyone has tried on silicone? I've heard of pearl ex but was wondering if anyone has tried any others? I am looking for one with a teal color and wasn't sure if there was a way to mix pearl ex's colors to make teal.

Or can I just use createx? Also when using powders for coloring silicone do you pre-mix them or just put them as is in the silicone?

you can use pearlex, createx or other mica pigments. I'm using ones from tkbtrading.com. you just have to make sure there is no sulfur or ultramarine in your pigments.

Why not ultramarine? I've got my eyes on some really pretty purples that have ultramarine in them.

It contains sulfur and will not allow silicone to cure, unfortunately.

Yeah. It makes very pretty blues and purples.
