Best way to get Silicone out of Buckets

I know I've seen it on here before but some reason I don't have the ability to search right now (admin can you help fix that? And my abilities to edit) So I'm trying to figure out the best way to get the silicone from the buckets? Did anyone try syringes? I think Jessica said she used a cup? Just trying to figure out the best way with the least mess..because pouring is sooo messy & I'm not getting an accurate measurement. Thank you!!

I used medical syringes for smaller amounts and measuring cups and spoons I bought just for it. I found the most mess is from stirring part b.
I spoon the stuff into the bigger measuring cups. I use popcicle sticks from micheals that didnt bother the silicone to scrap it off the cups

I just pour it out straight from the buckets and then spoon the excess back in.
