Warning for Mers looking for tanks

This is a warning for all my professional mermaid friends who have been wanting a tank. I may have lost over $3000 to a company who makes portable pools. I know how much we would all love to have a mermaid tank. I ordered a clear sided pool from Really EZ Pools. What I got was 2 pools that fell apart the first time they were filled with water. When I requested a refund, I was ignored. When I filed a charge back with my credit card company, the company responded with a letter full of lies, calling me a thief. This is my warning to you if you are thinking about doing business with this company. Watch my YouTube video for the details.

Yes I second a facebook page or a link to them or anything. I know that now a bunch of pro mermaids are looking for tanks and not all of them are on MN so I'd like to spread it around

Yeah, did your credit card company believe you/did you get your money back? I would think that a credit card company would side with their customers, especially if they have had a good record with them. Maybe that's optimistic though.

I did respond to their allegations and provided all the evidence to the credit card company. As of right now, they have sided with me and refunded my money, however they said that the pool company still has the opportunity to respond, and if they do, the money will be taken again until they have looked at the response and make another determination.

In the meantime, I still have a ladder that the credit card company will not let me claim that was $270. And the money I spent on water filling a 2000 gallon pool twice, never get that back.

As far as I know, they do not have a facebook page.

On a more serious note, I feel so mad for you. I watched the video and was shaking with anger through it. I commented on the video as well. I really hope you get your money back, and a new pool that actually works.

Does anyone know of, or use a clear sided pool that they are happy with. I use a long portable glass tank for shows that a truck brings in (its huge), but I'd like something of my own thats easy to set up where the public can see my tail.
