Paint???

Great news, my dad is getting re-married!!! And as if that's not awesome enough, his fiance is willing to help me make a latex tail! I want to do something like this:
But I'm not sure what type of paint or what colors to mix to make that shade of green. Can anyone help?

I've mixed a colour similar with a maroon and a forest green. Do you have a watercolour set? Keep mixing colours until you get what you want. For a more browninsh/greying tone, mix a tiny bit of the opposite of that colour (red to green, blue to orange, etc.)
