Mahina Merfin help?

I've searched and couldn't find anything so I thought id ask: does anyone know a way the merfin could be modified or perhaps added to, to make it more comfortable? I recently bought one in the largest kids size, which sadly maybe ever so slightly too big (I have tiny feet). The edges of the ankle straps are rubbing against my ankle bones as I swim. Any ideas or help?

Neoprene socks! I personally don't own a pair, but a lot of mers do! They'll certainly do the trick!

Our whole family wears them and we all wear neoprene socks ;)

I have that fin too and it is also too big. I use neoprene socks and it helps, but I still get pretty bad blisters. when I swim with it next I am going to try taping up my feet first for added protection. The socks actually still rub around alot b/c the fin is big and causes the blisters
