Winged Mermaid

I have a Production company wanting a mermaid for a music video shoot on April 24th and 25th in Duval, WA. They are looking for a mermaid with a realistic tail, able to model/minor acting (facial expressions; no lines- they are doing stop-motion), has a "swim suit body". No nudity, no kissing, only embrace of other actor (mermaid and sailor). Price is negotiable, but they have a low budget (last I heard was $100 a day).
