Tulip brand fabric paint - Heat setting?

I've heard that many fabric paints need heat setting, and I was wondering, would Tulip brand need heat setting as well on a spandex tail? :)

I don't believe Tulip needs setting. You just let it dry and it's good to go. Check the packaging of whatever you get just to be sure.
