Waterproof pouch for your phone, and most smart phones these days have at least a decent camera. The results, obviously, aren't amazing... But they're pretty impressive for the cost!
Here's some video I took of Carabosse. I made a joke about setting it to Down With The Sickness, as that was the least mermaid-y song I could think of. She said, "Do it."

Hey Nightscale, You really can't beat the $10 price for that thing, and it looks like the case & phone would still fit in your pocket.

It does, indeed, fit in a pocket. It was actually really weird to get used to swimming around with my phone in my pocket.
