Sheroes Entertainment LLC, one of the USA's largest mermaid and aquatic performance companies is currently accepting applications for new mermaids and mermen to work with us on-call for the summer 2015 season on our upcoming private parties, land appearances, commercial work, and underwater shows.

Our clients include places like Paris Fashion Week, Herbal Essences, Sony Pictures, VH1, MTV, and more!

1) Own your own silicone mermaid tail
2) Be physically fit with good cardio health and stamina and able to complete the following: swim 300m without stopping (both in and out of tail), tread water without using your hands for 2 minutes, maintain grace and proper body alignment while swimming in tail for 50m, carry an item for 25m in a pool without stopping (both in and out of tail), have a current breath hold of 1 minute
3) Have a clean background check
4) Possess exemplary people skills, particularly when working with children
5) Enjoy working in crowds and stressful situations
6) Be located in Los Angeles County, Santa Barbara County, Ventura County, Orange County, or San Diego County in California
7) Have weekend availability
8) Possess reliable transportation
9) Possess poise, charm, and confidence while doing extemporaneous speaking and improv while staying in character in front of large gatherings of people
10) Enjoy working as part of a team more than being a soloist - if you need your own brand or are unwilling to portray a variety of characters and looks then this is NOT the company for you.

Prior lifeguard, competitive swimming, or sports coaching experience is extremely helpful but not required.
