I just wanted to offer a head's up to anyone who opts to order their monofin from sunplay.com. I ordered mine on April 15th and was eager to get it. The ordering went smoothly and I expected to have it within about a week. I have followed on my account since then and it is still listed as "processing" 10 days later.
On April 17th when I noticed it was still listed as processing I called them and the girl told me it was due to be shipped out either that day or the next. That was a week ago. 2 days ago, on the 22nd I received an email from sunplay.com asking for confirmation of receipt of the order, and if I didn't receive it within 24-48 hrs to contact them. I waited the 48 hrs just in case mail was a little slow, didn't want to be impractical... but still today there is nothing. I called today and the girl told me that they are out of stock, have been out of stock, and it will be another 7 - 10 days before they come in, at which time they will immediately send it out to me, with shipping taking another 5 - 7 days.
She gave me the option to cancel my order so I could go somewhere else, but that makes no sense to do at this point because it will take about the same amount of time to order & get it from somewhere else, and it would cost me more. (my order is for a finis foil)

This is just a heads up to anyone who does as I do and shops around online, looking for the lowest price. I thought I was getting lucky to find it for $49.95, which was a few dollars cheaper than anywhere else I found it. Bargains can come at a high price I guess. I am very upset and now stuck, nothing I can do for at least another 10 days, at which time I hope this gets straightened out and my fin gets mailed out right away. It should not take almost a month to get something ordered, especially with how quick they are to take the money. This is ridiculous.

I would not recommend sunplay.com to anyone, for anything.
