I'm getting the GoPro you mentioned for my husband...plus the special lens that you can buy for it.
As for me....

another surfboard (because 3 isn't enough)
1st 2 books in the Heroes of Olympus series (I'm a Latin teacher in human form and I read the Percy Jackson series and was pleasantly surprised)
Various Joker/Harley Quinn items but especially the Harley Quinn Arkham City outfit I have favored...

I asked for the competitor monofin and I think I am getting it...my Mum was asking me what size of the competitor I would take...

I also asked for a new point-and-shoot camers, the GoPro HD Hero, the Harry Potter series (because I lent mine out and their either got destroyed from being read so much or never came home), and my husband got me some mermaidenly things from Merbellas.

All I want is to be with my boyfriend. I miss him loads and loads and loads. I haven't been able to see him in the flash (skype doesn't count) since early September which is a real bummer.

Materially, I am asking for components for a new tail. It's so lovely not to have to purchase your own stuff. What's great is that when I tell my family I want a sheet of lexan or a gallon of slip casting latex, they look at me like I'm an alien and ask me to send them a link. So getting exactly what I need works really well.


I am handmaking my gifts to everyone (again) and it is taking FOREVER. I have about a million and two cousins and I have to make a hat or scarf or something for every one of them. Does anybody else make their gifts?

I was eyeing some of that Merbellas stuff though. I love the octopus bottle. Anything with octopuses or bottles for me this year please<3

I like to make my gifts also if I can. I'm making all my little girl cousins fairy wings this year. Everyone else? I don't know yet... I'm not very good at Christmas.

I'm asking for a sewing machine (mom would FREAK if she saw that I was making a tail, especially with her sewing machine, she forbids it... I feel bad about going against her, but if I have to swim at a friend's house to use it, I will. (conveniently her pool is bigger and she wants a tail too, so it works out) And I'm asking for fabric paint and an underwater camera. :D Yup, so the stuff on my list is mermaid related, but I don't think my parents have caught on.. or they did and they didn't tell me, I mean, I don't know what I got yet. ( I DO know what my sister got though, I couldn't resist (I will NEVER tell her! xD)) I'm making relatives gifts as well! But I'm a super procrastinator, so I have 0 done... I have 20 cousins, a few have kids, I see like 10 out of those 20 and two kids, and then i see 5 out of 6 uncles/aunts... I'm in deep...

My dad is partial, but mom is in charge, and she's worried about us swimming with our legs together, so she's against me having a tail. So, now because of that, I'm sent out on this huge master plan to get my tail and swim, when it would have been a lot simpler if she approved. But I guess getting there is half the fun, and for some reason I like having secrets :cool: lolz!

My wishlist is two pages long, single-spaced, and consists of World of Warcraft and PS3 additions/games, pencil-and-paper RPGs, movies and tv season dvds of favorite shows, books, and a few odd things that don't fit into any of the other categories (like zippered-up hoodies), as well as gift cards for Drivethrurpg.com, Amazon, LooseId, and Playstation Network. A monofin is on the "doesn't fit anywhere else" section, but I don't think I'll be getting one. Besides, I should probably buy my own, at least at first.

sunrise- I was afraid my parents were gonna say no to my tail, but after I did some research and showed them (MANY) videos on youtube of even small children swimming in them...(surprisingly) they said "whatever, go ahead!"
