Before I dive in and cover my only tail in this stuff, I want to make sure it's safe. It's 100% silicone and aquarium safe, but it's sold as an adhesive. Basically, it's that stuff in the corners of fishtanks keeping the walls connected. I did a few tests in scrap fabric from my tail and everything looks pretty good. The application is a little messy, but I'll manage.

Has anyone used this product before or know of any reasons I should abort mission?

I believe Fifi uses some kind of Aquarium grade silicone, don't know the brand though.

Mhmm, that's why I figured it'd be okay. I want to order from her in time for next season, but I also want my current tail to be more realistic lol

This is the one I'm using (much cheaper at Home Depot if anyone wants to try)

Hi! I don't know if you're active, but I have a lot of DAP lying around the house, and was thinking about making a tail. How did your project go?
