This past October my sister from another mister and fellow asexual mermaid lover Lisa journeyed up to my kingdom in the chilly Pacific Northwest for one epic weekend of mermaid bonding time. We went to a doll show, spent a whole afternoon playing dressup and taking pictures, and spent more than a day chilling out watching the Disney Little Mermaid animated series on DVD. Lisa holds a degree in computer animation, so naturally she's a whiz at Photoshop. A natural redhead and former Walt Disney World cast member, there is no bigger Ariel fan than my girl Lisa.

Both Lisa and me are huge fans of the anime and manga Revolutionary Girl Utena. I wanted a picture of me as Utena(my cosplay is based on a variation of her prince uniform from a manga artbook), plastic sword in hand, with her wearing her Kiss The Girl Ariel costume so Utena-sama finally has a princess to protect.
