This company doesn't exist anymore I'm not in business with Alexander anymore as he started scamming our costumers and me :(

She is one of our costumers who he scammed I invited her to write here her experience but I'm not sure she's going to do so as she's afraid of hurting him (there are other costumers I have all the emails of complain as I was responsible of the costumers service -now he is the responsible and from what I heard he I not replying to the messages the costumers write).
I'm so glad I called myself out of this company I wish I could find out what he was doing two years ago before supporting him here and everywhere.
The first tail he made for me was ok but then he started using other materials (he used dragonskin only twice and still tells people he use a special mix of silicone he made, which is untrue) and some of Aurore's methods and this is only the tip of the iceberg.
He still uses one of my pictures here on Mernetwork to advertise Mertails but he calls himself with another name.
I hope no one will buy again from him!

Almost everything that could happen!

I won't go into details as I'm afraid to hurt mermaid Orcinus sensibility (I think she's a bit ashamed of what happened) but I only tell you that the first time she got her tail it was literally melting! Now she's waiting for her fixed tail since the end of April Alexander never respects the deadlines he promised her to ship the tail this Monday but again no shipping track and no evidence so she's afraid he never shipped it and I fear she's right.
More he's not replying to any email or message, I asked him to respect his duty he told me he was busy with school and I found out that he was indeed busy but having fun with his new friends at the cinema, paint war and parties.
He's making the same fall of mermaid creations in my opinion so I called myself out of the company.
