Questions about making a Duct tape dummy?

Hi Everyone, I made a duct tape dummy following this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X387MBE9WVY however I have a few questions...

So after I cut myself out of the duct tape I notice I couldnt get it to fit me again, I'm guessing this is because I was tightly wrapped up, but now I'm wondering if I should go over it with more tape to make it fit more naturally? Or is it supposed to be a tightfit for the silicone tail?

Any help and tips are appreciated.

When I made my own duct tape dummy I kept the size as is and didn't go over it with more tape. When you're making a pattern it'll be slightly bigger for seam allowances anyway and zippers or whatever else you're adding.
