Greetings and felicitations!
My Name is Gloomymort but I prefer Gloomy, i'm known by this name everywhere so I thought I would keep it ^_^
I got my Mahina Merfin today and will hopefully be taking my first swim tomorrow at my local pool (iv checked with them previously if monofin swimming is ok), Iv been interested in mermaiding for a good long while, I remember seeing my first Monofin on a whale documentary when I was younger and wanting one ever since so today has been a good day for me ^_^ Not to mention Disney, the mermaid books i had as a child with my name in it (thanks mum) and the fact that I always swim with a dolphin kick ;P
Im currently based in Weston-super-mare but originally from Teignmouth in Devon (where my family still lives) I miss living in Devon where I would wild swim in the River Dart and occasionally the Sea from Teignmouth (which is a fishing town) I live with my fiancee who is supportive of me in all my plans and notions. We consider ourselves SteamFae (for me) and SteamGoth (for him) which is part of the Steampunk community, Im very creative in many ways such as sewing, painting, drawing, miniature painting and well anything I try to be honest ^_^
