Starfish top help?

So! I really want to make my top a pair of sea stars, but Im not exactly sure what materials to use. Maybe silicon? Or latex? Anyways, any ideas/tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much in advance!

I sculpted the starfish hollow in the back so they wouldn't be so heavy. I plan to add netting and embellishments next.
