Best news ever! My Merman, Telzey Amberdon, met me at the pool for our usual Friday Night Mer-Time. Once I was in my tail, he asked me to sit one the edge of the pool for a moment. I'm used to that because I always wait to help him with his tail. Even if it seemed a little different this time, he is in the habit of surprising me with gifts, so...maybe another one was coming. He went into the water, held my hand, started sliding a diamond ring on my finger and asked me, "Will you be my wife?" I replied, "YES!" After some hugging and kissing, he took the ring back so we wouldn't loose it in the pool. Smart Merman! Fates would have it that we had the pool all to ourselves, and enjoyed a lovely swim punctuated by more hugs and kisses. I will always remember this as one of the most perfect moments in my life. Thank you my love. :hug:

I was thinking of getting a diamond in the middle and sapphires on the sides for my 2 kids birthstones, but that that would leave his kids unrepresented, so I just did diamonds. I was also thinking, just a solitaire so it wouldn't be so expensive. But when Telzey saw me try on the 3 diamond ring, he said, "She wants the three diamond ring. She is getting the three diamond ring." I didn't even ask, or say anything. He is really good at reading my mind.
