Dorsal Fluke and Gills

Hi,
I wonder if anyone has thoughts about where I could find supplies or who could do the best job on it.

I've been thinking of commissioning a waist costume with a nice curved dorsal fin like a dolphin's. It would be a transparent waist band with gills on the sides, about where human lungs would be.

Also thinking of webbed gloves.

I make my own swimsuits with dorsal fin on the back. Placed in the middle of the racer back design, so that the fin starts on the upper back and ends at the waist.
