Turn off Email Subscription?

Hello all! First I want to say I love it here :D But I don't love all the emails every single time someone responds to a thread of mine >.> I have turned off the emailing options in my settings but am still getting them. I want to stay subscribed so I get notifications on the site but I do not want emails.

Is there a way to have this?

If you go to your profile, under setting you can change how you are subscribed to posts. I believe there is an option where you subscribe to a post, but it only notifies you on mernetwork

When I go there, some of the subscriptions are marked as instaint and the rest are none. But there is no option to change any of that :/
