After much searching, I finally found the place I can set up my Etsy shop, the mysterious Covenant Cove! (The link may be found in my signature - just click the Etsy symbol)!

I craft many different items in my little cove, but as per the rules of this corner of the sea, I'll only be posting the more mermaidy ones! I hope you find exactly what you are looking for!

Description:

Each shell top is entirely custom. The shells featured in the top in the photos I hand-painted. The top featured was also made with extra seaweed for modesty, which I can also craft per request at no extra charge. Just message me how you'd like yours to look and I'll do my best to make your dreams come true! I also design tops myself so if you haven't decided exactly what you'd like, let me know and we'll collaborate to create the perfect shell top for you. If you have a tail and would like to match the pattern/coloration, please feel free to send me a photo in a message.


Once you've decided on exactly what you want for your custom top, I'll set up a new listing for you to purchase. If your top exceeds five add-ons (excluding the usual lion paw shells and netting), I may have to raise the price depending on the cost of the additional add-ons. The top featured above has the usual lion paw shells (hand-painted which is add-on number 1), fisherman's netting which was ink-washed for a darker shade, faux seaweed, rhinestones (2), a few smaller turritella shells (3), a Jolly Roger pendant painted to glow in the dark (4), and a couple of small pearlized tusk pendants (5) as well.


***Please, keep in mind that production times may vary depending on the intricacy of the custom design.***


***Please, also note that there are two types of shell tops:


1. Landlocked tops - not meant to swim in or get wet because of materials used in the process


2. Swimable tops - meant to swim in, using sturdier, water-friendly materials.


Please specify which one you would like so that I know which materials to avoid or include in the creation of your top!




P.S. If your top needs alterations because it: does not meet the requested specifications sent to me via message, doesn't fit, etc., just ship it back to me and I'll do whatever you need done to it free of charge! If your item suffers damages within three months after you've received it, please send me a picture of the broken top in a message or email and I will offer you a full refund! :)

I've found that offering options is sometimes detrimental to sales. Many people can't envision what something will look like until they see it altogether. Usually, people will see something you've made THEN ask 'can I get that with ________?'

Pearlie: Definitely. I'll be sure to add a listing with a basic premade shell bra once my shipment of lion paws comes in. My ultimate goal is to make lots of premade tops and use them as reference photos for the custom listing. I know I have a problem deciding on something with a lot of options!
