Okay, so I've had my mertailor tail
For nearly a month now and getting it on is still a huge struggle! Especially with the monofin. I have super tiny feet so i have to adjust the straps beforehand but when i go to pull them up I either cant reach them or they loosen and my foot slips out while I swim. Does anyone else have this problem ?

Have you tried wearing neoprene socks of booties? They tend to give the foot pockets something to grip onto and help prevent slips. Or maybe using a band of some kind to tie down the straps and prevent them from moving?

What kind of tail and what kind of monofin? That will help us give better answers :)

As is, using neoprene socks or booties helps a monofin stay on. My old neoprene and latex tail didn't have straps at all (was a finis Tempo) and I got a pair of booties from local sports shop and it stayed on great unless I did a huge fluke slap or something. Honestly the adjustable straps on monofins drive me mad. All the slipping and readjusting and such. I have tiny feet too, I know the struggle!

For getting it on easier, with or without booties, you can wet your feet (with booties dunk them in water if you can) and that will help them slide in easier. :)

I have a Mertailor tail too (and tiny feet!) and had the same problem! Check into getting some dive booties (sort of like water shoes). The rubber grips on the sole will help hold your feet in the monofin. As for how to reach the strap, try tying a couple long ribbons to the monofin strap. Once you get your feet in, use the ribbon to put the strap over your ankles- no need to try and get your hands down to the actual strap itself! Much easier that way! Good luck!!!!
