Calling all Mermaid top creators!!!

I have attempted to make tops a few times now and my time is starting to run out! I have my new job starting soon at the aquarium and I need a top to match my dark green mertailor tail!!! However, I'm on a budget! Are there any mermaid top makers out there that make nice relatively cheap tops????
