I flipping LOVE Perfect World!!! I never have anyone to play with, though! I'm a Winged Elf, but I want to make another Tideborn again! I'll add you on there. I've gotta wait for it to download again on my laptop since I just had the harddrive replaced so I can't check my newest character's name. :'> I'm pretty sure it's Arethousa, but I'm not 100% sure.

It's mostly anything goes. You will have to fill out the character sheet on the site that I edited and made. Be as creative as you want!

They might be different with this new Eclipse storyline. I didn't find Dreamweaver when I downloaded it.

Also, about PW, for anyone wanting to join: be aware that Windows 10 does NOT like it. Evidently, there have been many people (such as myself) with Windows 10 that have ended up not being able to play it without the screen constantly flickering, regardless of settings changes. I'll have to go back to an older version to play it uninterrupted. Thankfully, I don't have epilepsy, because holy crap it flickers nonstop.

I am downloading PWI as we speak. It looks fun. I tried SecondLife for awhile and it was good too. I found myself just flying around as a Merman though instead of swimming around lol, but there weres some lovely places in there too.

I played a Tideborn years ago.
Don't remember the server, or if I could dig up my account info again.

PWI is definitely fun-looking, but I somehow couldn't get into the gameplay.
It's similar to other free asian games (Jade Dynasty, I'm looking at you), it's just not very compelling.

I ground out the levels for the transformation spell, but I never got the quest.
Maybe it would be different to level together as a group of tideborn.
It's usually the most fun way to play a game.

We could also just get together on SL ;)
Seeing the different timezones we're in, it could be we never meet though :p

These days I am dreaming up my next aquatic adventure, The Witching Waves, a Pathfinder/Cerulean Seas game set in a post-apocalyptic "flooded Oerth" setting run via Roll20.

I would, but I'm bad at RP. It would be nice if I could do better at RP, and be able to download the game as well.. (something tells me my laptop won't take it, since there's lag just on internet browsers)

I'm a fan of roleplaying in an MMO setting though.
You can then do not only the normal RP, but also what the game offers in addition.

Provided the customization is good enough, you also don't have to describe everything your character is wearing and looks like, it's always apparent already.

For the complete freedom of customization, I usually recommend SL.
I'm not sure if/how much the mersona in PW is customizable, but for the chance to play together with other mers, I'd be willing to give it a shot.

It's fine, I just didnt expect it to turn into let's all play an rpg computer game instead...if that makes any sense. I was really looking forward to the rp. I was also looking forward to that since i've had a very bad experience on PWI before...

PWI has done something weird to their servers. I tried to reroll on Tideswell and the other two server, but it still came up with my list of characters that was on Dreamweaver.

Anyhoo, I still have my lvl 33 Tideborn. Her name is, Maerb.

I also do not have access to any server named Dreamweaver.

The only server I could reasonably play on is Dawnglory, Europe.
Which in turn is probably not accessible to any of you.
So I guess I'll stick to SL :(
