I've been using ultra cal 30, but even with burlap inlaid it still cracks on the bigger molds when you move them. Not to mention it's so dang heavy! I've seen some people using a clearish yellow material and it looks like it'd be a lot lighter and less likely to crack than a cement. Does anyone know the name of what I'm talking about?

Sounds like some sort of resin. I know a lot of people on here use fiberglass molds, so perhaps it's the fiberglass resin you're thinking of?

Amazing mold putty? I know they do come in a huge gallon bin. They have the solid yellow type and a clear one.
The clear one is called, Amazing Clear Cast.

Sounds like you're talking about fiberglass, though I could be wrong!

No. When I said solid yellow, I meant its a plain yellow color, it doesn't cure into a solid object.
I've used the yellow one before, when it is cured, it is quite flexible and catches (?) a lot of tiny details.
