Well there's the limited edition Ariel and Ursula dolls from Disney. Or the really super popular Pop! Dolls where you can get Ariel or hipster Ariel .. There's also the singing Ariel with movable flippers and matching accessories.

or if you don't want an Ariel specific item, you could get a mermaid doll customized by someone so that it looks like her!

Monster high has Sirenia and are coming out with their Great Scarrier Reef collection.

Mermaid Melody had dolls from it's Italian Dub that are still around.

You could also rescue a doll and make a mermaid :)
