So I know everyone posts photos of what their secret santa sent them in the secret santa thread, but there's no rule you have to do it that way, and those posts can get buried in the thread pretty quickly. Instead, I'm going to post a separate thread for showing off the cool stuff I got, and for thanking my secret santa.


So I was out of town for Thanksgiving, and as I expected I came home to find that the gift from my secret santa had arrived while I was away. Turns out my secret santa is Mermaid Kaitey!

I open it up, and inside is a nice note on shiny paper, naturally.

There are two gifts. First is a paracord bracelet. It's silver paracord with a silver sand dollar. Clearly she was paying attention to the info I gave about myself. Not only does this relate to the fact that I said its hard to find cool accessories as a merman, but I also mentioned that my tail is silver, so the bracelet matches.

I can't believe you were worried I wouldn't like the gifts. The paracord is especially cool cause it looks like I can use it while swimming.
