I want to attempt in Jan to get this mer through the cold winter.. however was wondering 2 things;
1. Do the materials last more than 1 tail. (which puts you about -1,000$)
2. Any trouble shooting/advice you may have for me before I get started! Many thanks ~

Tons of people here have- there's lots of info to read through. Start with the Tailmaking Reference thread (http://mernetwork.com/index/showthread.php?2633-%E2%98%86%E2%9A%A0TAILMAKING-REFERENCE-INDEX%E2%9A%A0%E2%98%86-Look-here-BEFORE-you-post-any-questions!), and look through the Tailmaking section (http://mernetwork.com/index/forumdisplay.php?27-Tailmaking) and Tailmaking questions (http://mernetwork.com/index/forumdisplay.php?51-Tailmaking-Questions) section. It's a lot of info but you need to research for this kind of project :)
Also yes, the materials, like the molds you can use again for another tail. Other materials, it depends on how much you go through. You might go through all your silicone or maybe not depending on how much you need and how much you use, you'll probably have leftover pigments, mold release, ect.
