If anyone didn't see the other thread, Sirenalia made a few tails for Supernatural. The mermaid was played by a woman named Ida and she's Canadian and was pretty cute. The jokes on supernatural was great. My favourite part was Dean "It's a mermaid?" "wanna help me with Ariel?" lol. "Mermaids dig me?" lol.

the episode is pretty hilarious honestly.

It was an awesome episode. I've been waiting for a mermaid for SO LONG and it was so cool to see a familiar top design on the episode. I don't even know why, but it felt so personal and very cool. Congrats to Sirenalia! Come tell us all about the process and communication with SPN, please!

Season 11 Episode 8 "Just My Imagination". Not on Netflix (Netflix only gets seasons months after the season is complete) but it's on Hulu (http://www.hulu.com/supernatural). It should be free to watch without an account in a week when the next episode comes out. If you have hulu plus though it's available to watch right away.

It's available now on CWTV's website, too. http://www.cwtv.com/shows/supernatural/

I really enjoyed being able to share info about the Sirenalia tail with my other SPN friends who aren't into mermaiding. It was fun being able to explain how tailmakers have distinctive features about their flukes that makes it fun to identify which company a tail comes from.

Whoops, gotta catch up on two seasons. I didn't think they'd ever do a mermaid — I figured since they'd already done a siren way back, they'd stick with just that lore (mermaids seem so tame for them). That's so cool though!
