Bought fabric tail from delfinamermaid. Attach fins how and what?

I bought a black-red-yellow fabric tail from delfinamermaid.

I would like to add a dorsal fin and side fins. Is it possible and how and what material should I use (not necessarily fabric). Would vinyl work? How can I cover my heels with it so they don't stick out that much?
