Christmas/new years 2106/17?

Hi all! I'll be spending Christmas with my brother and his partner in the melbourne area... (well actual xmas will be in warnamboul, but otherwise melbourn-ish.

probably this means no NC Merfest 17 for me if they stick to the same timing as this year... are there any Melbournish mers or meet ups in that time? might be fun to bring my tail

There is actually something I just planned for the 10th of december for christmas. I planned it at this date because I know others would have family to get too as well. but its at lysterfeild lake in narre warren VIC. Only goes for one day but is on a saturday. its a group BBQ and the event invite thingy is on the facebook group page. Merchandise for the pod will also be selling there.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to fit it in... also getting my tail in my luggage around the globe might be hard. at any rate, I'll be in OZ Dec 22 -Jan 5. Part of that time will be in Melbs and part in Warnamboul (spelling?)

Ah, no :(. Oh well :) we have mermaid meets every fortnight anyway, so I'll let you know when theyre on. I'll probably be back in florida by then.
