Video: Mermaid Kait's first training session

After splashing around the pool in my fabric tail for a few months last year, in November I started actually practicing some techniques, tricks and breath holding skills. My wonderful partner brought the GoPro along so we could capture my first session and I took some extracts to make this.

It's a fun tail to splash around in but it's starting to go a bit see-through in the sun so please ignore my butt :lol:. Can't wait to get my Merbella!!

You looking great! One thing I would suggest - coming from a swimming teacher and mermaid teacher ;) : would be to kick a little less from your knees and more by undulating your body - getting the propulsion from your core. You are very agile though and move beauitfully!
