Toothless the Dragon Inspired Tail by Seaside Fairytales

I drew this up for a tail I'd love to make. I've had this concept in my head for a long time, and I'm pretty stoked about it. (Hopefully, this is the right place to post this, and if not, I'm sorry.:() The concept was taken from Dreamwork's Toothless. It would be a fabric tail made with a Mahina Monofin, and the price would be $360.00 before shipping, because it is a complicated design with a lot of pieces. I'd love to bring it to life for the right mer! (or mer-dragon!) ;) The viking skull would be included on the fluke, despite it missing in the concept art. And the red will be on the correct side as well. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Thank you! I had a lot of fun planning it out. It's been in my head since the second movie came out, and I finally had time to work on a plan for what a Toothless tail could look like. I would love to make it for you if you decide to get one! :D It's certainly a tempting design. I may make one for myself once I finish my next planned tail. :D

Rocky Mountain Lotus is making my Toothless design in neoprene. XD Had the design for a few years, finally ordered and started back in July, but the neoprene we want to use has been on backorder. (Not that it's a big deal since I'm making Lotus a silicone tail in exchange and that takes awhile.... bahaha)

I'd love to make it out of silicone, if I only knew how! I plan on moving into silicone tails in the future, but right now I don't have the time, space, or money to begin working on them. Maybe one day!

Thank you so much!! xD They were a blast to make. I used a waterproof shelf liner actually, and sewed it in tightly. They had a slight curve, and I kept them close together as I sewed them which helped make them pop out. :)
