Vaporeon-Inspired Tail

Has anybody ever tried this? It sounds like like it'd be a cool tail, it can be fabric, neoprene, silicone, whatever. I might draw a design and upload it later

the title is supposed to say Tail but I can't go back and change it that's also supposed to be spelled Vaporeon. Just go ahead and delete this thread and I'll repost

People have designed it here, not sure if anyone had actually made one.

Rogue Siren has made a Milotic tail, and has also designed a Gyrados tail.
