Explain what each of the things mean when you go choose a monofin. Not all of us are free divers, so we don't know what the difference is in stiffness and distance.

This stuff looks pretty solid. Reminds me of Leaderfins

Stiffness is determined thrust force than zhesche the stronger , but the more effort you have to put.
Athletes swim different distances in competition from 50 to 1500 m.

that's sort of up to you to figure out, lol. monofins are typically directed at a freediving market, that's like asking scuba companies to explain every detail of their stuff. If you're using monofins for any reason you should have a basic understanding.
Just on mernetwork we know that a stiff monofin like a competitor has more push than a floppy one like a foil.

The Competitor also has a far larger blade area than the Foil. Also, the less pliable and flexible the blade (as in the Competitor vs. the Foil), the more thrust per kick.

Thanks suzanne86!
Actually feeling meh about them, because they are not within my swimming ability atm. Though its nice to keep options open for whenever I feel stronger and more confident in swimming.
