New Pet Bird- Makaio (also hint of tail color)

I wanted to introduce you to my new little baby bird, His name is Makaio he is a Blue Quaker with Gray (yes I said Gray) colored eyes. He is a month and 9 days old He was born December 21st, We decided after quite a bit to get another parrot friend for Phoenix, as we noticed he was acting very lonely, even with the constant attention and foraging toys, among other things to keep him busy and active.

Many of you know I lost my 11 year old Quaker Paulie December 20th. due to metal poisoning (we no longer have that cage) Makaio is also very SIMILAR to the color of my new tail color. Which I should be debuting soon, Im just hoping that I get that pool pass so I can to do the unboxing, try on the tail and do the maiden swim all in one video :D

aw thank you. We really were thinking hard for this, but sometimes other things chose for you,

We already have nicknames for him: Mak, Kai, and Makimoo (feel free to pick one)

Ironically the moment he saw me Makaio Jumped on top of me the moment he saw me, hid in my shirt like an Ostrich, refused to move. lol. Sometimes they just choose you. Out of 4 birds he chose me. He likes to cuddle quite a bit. He's a bit of a nervous one doesn't like loud sounds, then again he was being kept in a house with 4 kids. Here he has peace and quiet and two very patient people, always ready to cuddle. Phoenix has met him and so far things are progressing little by little, supervised visits first. He is such a sweet little addition to my family.
