Sequin Neoprene Tails?

I haven't been on in a while, but I have tried looking around regarding this and seeing who makes tails like this and sells them, but I haven't come up with much. Figured I would try asking and then continue looking. I decided I want to still upgrade from my marina magictail, and try getting into either a painted neoprene tail or a sequined (maybe painted fluke?) tail, but I don't have much sewing ability. Any help is appreciated :)

I have tried to locate Mermaid Shelly who has a terrific youtube video about making sequin/neoprene tails; I was directed to Mermaid Shelly's Grotto, however her email bounced back and there is no more info. Does anyone know where to reach her? Is she still making sequin tails?

Shelly has "killed" her Mersona. She stepped away from the mermaid community and scene a few years ago

I don't think Shelly makes sequin tails anymore. I can't be for certain, but I think Kariel is the only one making sequin tails for people at the moment.

I make plain neoprene tails which you could paint/sew sequins on yourself.
