Leaderfins sport?? anyone have one?

Im curious because I looked at the product gave in and ordered one, I know a few mermaids have them I was wondering how do you feel with them. also if you can and do have both- Leaderfins vs. competitor monofin?

Im hoping its worth the purchase, I got a soft because Im not fond of super stiff fins. I keep seeing even with soft the fin has good power. However Id like a mermaid to really give me an idea how they feel with that fin and all that. Id truly appreciate it.

I have one :) It's definitely worth the purchase! I got the medium stiffness and it has a nice kick to it. The medium has a nice flex when I swim. I don't know how the soft will perform but I'm sure you get some nice propulsion from it. I considered the soft when buying mine. I travel so fast with it and it is super comfortable with my wide feet :)You'll really like it.

I use to have the competitor in medium stiffness and it was the worst and for some reason it use to roll me, the mermaid who got the fin after me who was also a professional had the same issue, we thought it may have been an issue with the way it was manufactured, also the foot pocket placement was a bit off.

But yay Im glad other mermaids understand. lol it was between that one and the specialfins. but for some reason I like the Shape and wider monofin of the leaderfin- so I gave in. (I have a finis trainer 1, and while it has a decent kick/propulsion, it feels too small for me. (lol im a cetacean type of mermaid, so you know the whole thing with big flukes XD )

You're welcome :) Since I am a strong swimmer and I have had experience with monofins, I find that the medium stiffness monofins are easy to use :) Maybe it's because I swim five times a week :)
