The title made me giggle.

That sounds like a really useful book. I can't word things properly, so when I say something, it tends to be either way too roundabout or way too unfiltered-ly truthful.

Is this an online book or do you want to post one of those amazon clicky links that give you credit for refering someone to a book?

I just bought it off amazon.com- it was like two bucks. And yeah, the title is kinda funny. I learned about it when I was in EMT school- very useful when dealing with people who are, um... Rude.
